I did a double, or maybe triple take this afternoon when I read our outdoor thermometer: 61. What!? Why are we still inside?? It was time to take whatever we were doing at the time and get outside.
Regan brought out the hula hoop she discovered that the Easter bunny dropped off early. Opps. Darn bunny didn't hide that gift very well. On a good note, she's getting pretty good at hula hooping; apparently all that practice in the aisles of Target and Cub paid off!
March madness is now a sick April Fools joke, I'm tired of it already! And since Ryan couldn't bring the TV outside, he had some of his own fun. The poor mini trampoline didn't make it through winter this year. The "elements" were too much and it has lost its bounce. Ryan figured it was already broke, so he opted to get inside and test it out. Well, he got a little stuck on the way out! H-i-l-a-r-i-o-u-s!
And Sidney, well, she perfected the art of going down the slide.
Over and over and over again.
I'm all excited to finally rake the grass, clean out the garden and get the yard in shape for a beautiful summer! But today was a day of fun, so that work will have to wait until tomorrow.
