We headed downtown this morning to the Macy's 8th floor flower show. As soon as the elevator doors opened, we were greeted by the sweet smell of spring: flowers!! It was lovely! The amount of work that goes into this show is incredible; flowers were everywhere, unfortunately, so were people!
Regan asked immediately to have her/Sidney picture taken by these flowers. The blue flowers were my favorite by far. The color was just beautiful! The girls preferred anything pink!
Like this pink tree. I would love to see this blooming in our yard...but wait, soon enough we will have a similar one in full bloom!
It proved easier to take pictures of Regan over Sidney. Like I said, there were people everywhere and she had a tough time standing still, let alone looking at the camera.

And when we were all finished, the bakery/cafe was a perfect spot to sit down with a delicious looking cupcake. Apparently it tasted yummy too because neither one left us even a bite of their 1/2 of the cupcake. We'll take their word that it was an excellent treat!
