and peeing on trees....wait what!? I'll explain in a minute.
Welcome to summer! With warmer temps, comes a lot of outdoor time. And by a lot, I mean A LOT! Winter is long, spring and fall aren't much different, so when summer finally rolls around, it's tough to find this family anywhere but outside.
We wake up early and go to bed late, spending every second of every day breathing in the sunshine on our face. It helps to have some pretty awesome built in entertainment out back. And with Regan and Sidney now proficient swimmers, we have seriously been able to relax and share in the joy of teaching Lincoln pool safety.
As for the peeing on trees, who decided to potty train a 2 year old in a super busy outdoor loving family!? Well, since he's already trained, I've had to get creative at softball games, practices and even in the back yard. It's a beautiful thing to have a boy who can stand up beside a tree, between cars or behind a fake wall and do his deed. No port-a-potties for this toddler!
