It was another lovely day so Regan decided to sport a new spring outfit, compliments of Grandma Sheri (of course!). She was so cute in her sandals too, although she still doesn't like sandals at the park because she gets wood chips/sand inside and it drives her crazy. What a ham she was for this picture!
