Part of growing up is the joys of attending birthday parties for friends. I remember the days of going to McDonald's (long before they had play lands) and playing old fashion kid games and having a grand time celebrating a birthday with friends. I'm learning that birthday parties have come a LONG way since those years, and Regan now gets to attend fun parties at gymnastics gyms, monstrous indoor playgrounds and last Sunday, one with multiple giant inflatables! She enjoyed burning off all of her energy and came home completely exhausted.
Her sister, on the other hand, enjoyed a 3.5 hour afternoon nap in the peace and quiet of home!!!
