Thanksgiving came and went and we're nearly halfway into December already! Although we do prefer to host the holidays (for a plethora of reasons), we opted to travel back to our home town to celebrate with the extended families. The kids enjoyed some playtime and hot tubbing with "cousins" (they don't actually have first cousins sadly), snuggling with Grandma Jan while she recovered from recent surgery, a quick golf cart ride with Papa and eating Thanksgiving meal/s. It was a whirlwind of a weekend but we tried to soak it all in as much as possible!
